Dancing To Architecture Shirt

£395.00

A sleeveless, structural masterpiece that combines historical tailoring with modern, sustainable textile innovation. This piece is crafted from a unique cotton and polyester Devore fabric, where the opaque cotton base is beautifully etched away to reveal a sheer, transparent paisley pattern against the skin.

Design & Silhouette: The shirt features a sharp, structured high collar and a classic full button placket, contrasting beautifully with the softness of the sheer pattern.

Architectural Detail: Its defining feature is the dramatic, sculpted shoulder detail. These exaggerated cap sleeves stand away from the body, creating bold, architectural lines that frame the face and emphasise the torso.

Sustainability Note: While Devore often involves a mix of fibres, this piece utilises the complexity of the fabric to deliver a high-fashion, long-lasting garment designed for minimal waste and maximum impact. One-of-a-kind.

Size: S/M (6 -12)

Care Instructions: Due to the sensitive nature of the Devore process and the blend of cotton and polyester, gentle handling is crucial to maintain the texture and transparency of the pattern.

Cleaning: Hand wash in cold water only. Use a very mild, non-bleaching detergent. Gently squeeze out water; do not wring or twist the fabric.

If Machine Washing (Use with Caution): If a machine must be used, select the delicate cycle and place the shirt inside a mesh laundry bag. Use cold water.

Drying: Lay flat to dry away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can shrink the cotton and damage the sheer polyester burnout areas.

Ironing:low-to-medium heat setting, ideally using a steamer or iron on the reverse side of the fabric.  Use a protective pressing cloth over the garment to avoid scorching the sheer areas.

Size Guide

All KUDERA pieces are vintage and sized by how they fit like today, rather than by the original garment label. Each item is personally tried on by the KUDERA founder to determine the most accurate modern fit.

Our sizing follows a simple, modern guide (XS, S, M, L etc ) to help you understand how each vintage piece would compare to contemporary clothing.

We always recommend checking the listed measurements and comparing them with a similar piece you already own before purchasing. If you’re unsure, please reach out - we’re happy to help with sizing advice.
