The Deconstructed Sharp Cut Suit

from £155.00
Choose from:

An ensemble that redefines traditional tailoring, transforming vintage pieces into a modern, architectural statement. This suit is crafted through the meticulous deconstruction and reassembly of two fine wool vintage garments: an oversized fine wool jacket and fine wool navy trousers.

I. The Sharp Cut Cropped Jacket

The original jacket is radically cropped to an extreme silhouette, leaving a raw, unfinished edge along the bottom. It maintains its fine wool structure and tailored elements through the lapels and shoulders, resulting in a sharp, structured top layer that beautifully contrasts its deconstructed hem.

Material: 100% Fine Wool Vintage Jacket

II. The Slit Sharp Cut Trousers

These navy trousers maintain their impeccable fine wool tailoring and straight-leg structure. With the added cut and dropped lower jacket panel piece. The bold design detail is the addition of a deep vertical slit running up the front of the leg. This slit is designed to dramatically reveal a flash of contrasting white lining, turning the traditional trousers into a provocative, architectural statement piece.

Material: 100% Fine Wool Navy Trousers, 100% fine wool vintage jacket, White Polyester Lining

Sustainability Note: This suit is the ultimate expression of zero-waste luxury, giving new, radical life to high-quality vintage tailoring that might otherwise have been discarded.

Care Instructions: Due to the sensitive nature of fine wool, the structural alterations, and the presence of raw/unfinished edges, this suit requires specialised professional care to maintain its sharp silhouette and integrity. Professional Dry Cleaning is Essential. Fine wool should not be machine-washed, and specialist cleaners are required to safely handle the tailored construction and the contrasting lining materials. Store both pieces on sturdy, padded hangers to maintain the sharp structure of the jacket and the tailored crease of the trousers. Be mindful of the jacket's raw hem and the trouser slit to prevent further fraying or damage. Steaming is highly recommended to remove wrinkles and refresh the wool. Ironing should only be done on a low wool setting, using a press cloth to protect the fabric.

One size: fits 6-14, UK size dependent on the fit desired.

Size Guide

All KUDERA pieces are vintage and sized by how they fit like today, rather than by the original garment label. Each item is personally tried on by the KUDERA founder to determine the most accurate modern fit.

Our sizing follows a simple, modern guide (XS, S, M, L etc ) to help you understand how each vintage piece would compare to contemporary clothing.

We always recommend checking the listed measurements and comparing them with a similar piece you already own before purchasing. If you’re unsure, please reach out - we’re happy to help with sizing advice.
